We believe that a boutique executive search firm may only be successful if its base is a long term professional network presence and a mature expertise within the sectors relevant for our customers.

Szymon Malecki, was born in Kraków in 1970. A Master of Arts in German Studies from the Jagiellonian University, Szymon has over 22 years’ of experience  in C-level management of international businesses. He has been responsible for sales, consulting, IT and HR. Until End of 2014 Szymon was President of the Board of euroscript Polska (currently Amplexor). Inspired, set up and managed the Shared Service Centre of the Company in Kraków, focused on service delivery management and customer service for the German, French, Swiss, Luxembourgish and Belgian markets. In the last year of his corporate career Szymon acted as Director Global Service Management of the euroscript Group.

2012 -2016 Member of the Board of ASPIRE, the leading GBS Association in Poland.

Since 2012,  Honorary Consul of the Grand Duchy of Luxemburg in Kraków.

In his career, he has recruited at least 450 people, the majority of whom still contribute to great, successful and well motivated teams in Shared Service Centers and Financial Institutions worldwide

Executive search equals teamwork. The first thing to do in a successful recruitment process, especially when executive and middle managerial personnel is considered, is not finding the right candidate.

The most important thing is to carefully listen to the customer. A thorough analysis of the company profile, its management culture, its structures is vital. The next features to be defined are specific education, if needed technology background, major achievements, and personality traits. A collectively designed and followed process will then allow us to provide a perfect solution. Discretion, working under the pressure of time, good reporting, cost effectiveness: these are the other rules we set.
